Revelation received January 21, 1986
Behold! My son, it is now expedient that from this time forth all who are desirous to be in this work must needs sign a declaration of the United Order, for if ye do not this there will be those ignorant and those greedy who shall pay tithing and give gifts who shall later become covetous, who when they withdraw from the Order, they will not only desire their equity, but also their tithing and gifts.
And this declaration ye shall sign before the law of the land that no misunderstanding occur in the future concerning this matter.
For now ye see why I have commanded this thing that ye be not caught in a snare, for if a man or woman place money into the United Fund, he is entitled to this money if he leaves the Order, but as to the tithing and gifts he hath given, he hath no title.
And again I say unto you concerning the building of your houses, ye had thought that what ye had received was sufficient, but behold here is folly.
For I give here a little and there a little, that those leaving My Order not having all My Word, if they go and try to accomplish what I have commanded without the Spirit and continual instruction from Me, shall fail.
For according to the understanding of men, if a man builds a house and has plans only for one particular part he will not proceed to build until he has the plans for all the parts complete, that he be able to coordinate the various parts together.
And for this reason I give unto you line upon line, precept upon precept, that the wicked among you be not able to thwart My works and be led on false paths.
For without My continual voice how then can they build correctly?
And ye shall build My house that it fail not, being firmly built upon My word that proceedeth forth from My lips from time to time to Mine elect.
For the elect are those that not only hear My voice, but heed and do My will also.
For some hear but do not-- having faith but no works; for they shall fail having no foundation.
Even so, Amen.
