2nd Book of Commandments 143

Revelation received February 13, 1988
At Santaquin, Utah

My son, ye have asked Me why I, your Savior, gave unto you the impression that Tola was to become your counselor, and later when you wrote My instruction down, My servant Edward was chosen instead.
Behold I say unto you, it will be the case that My servant Tola will become your counselor, but not now.
And this he surely shall become if he listens to My counsel and heeds My word in all respects, taking upon himself seriously the responsibility that he has been given.
For I have known his heart, even from the beginning; nevertheless, it has not always been correct before Me, for he has done things that have required great repentance. Yet I will forgive him, and have done so.

And as concerning the Presiding Bishopric; behold I say unto you, that ye are released from this position.
And if ye had heeded correctly My Spirit ye would have known this, for it was impressed upon your mind that My servant Walther is to hold this position, for he has great knowledge of these matters.
And his counselors are My servant Robert2 and Heber.
And ye had thought that he was to be your counselor in the Bishopric, but this was not the case, and therefore ye made an error and are under condemnation, and ye shall confer the Bishopric on him by proxy that he may function in this capacity as soon as he is able.
