1 Thus saith the LORD unto My Servant. Ye have asked Me concerning the Negro and the seed of Cain, and the effect the action of endeavoring to confer the Priesthood upon their descendants has had upon the church.

2 Behold I say unto you, all those who have totally understood their actions in the matter, and have supported the church authorities in extending the Priesthood to them, behold they have lost their priesthood, and this because of their rebellion against My Spirit and My true prophets.

3 And this makes up the larger portion of My church.

4 And all those who have quietly avoided this issue, and who have waited patiently in the sidelines, not partaking of these matters, but who have kept their hands clean from sustaining the authorities in their actions, and have otherwise endeavored to keep My commandments, behold they retain their priesthood.

5 But all those who have supported wholeheartedly this error, they have lost their priesthood, and have sold their birthright for the glory of the world.

6 For unless they repent with a sore repentance, and confess this error unto the congregation they shall not be numbered among My people, but have taken unto themselves the lineage and curse of Cain, and shall be numbered among his seed in the world to come.
Even so, Amen.
