1 And again I give unto you instructions that ye may do things and govern yourselves more perfectly;

2 For if ye dedicate something unto Me, and it be bound by some other covenant of man, at the most it is a temporary dedication, for only when it is entirely free of these covenants of men can it totally be accepted and receive of My blessings.

3 For until my political kingdom is set up and established upon My footstool, no properties can fully be free of all of the covenants of man.

4 Until that time I will accept your dedications; this only if ye will strive continually towards this end of establishing upon the earth the kingdom of thy God, which is My true political kingdom.

5 For when properties and possessions are encumbered by the covenants of men, the spirits which are in agreement with these covenants have authority to be present to protect their interest;

6 And thus the spirits which are under My direction cannot totally accept the dedication, but must continually contend with, and satisfy the interest of those spirits which are in agreement with the covenants of men.
