2nd Book of Commandments 233

Revelation received April 9, 2004
Near Comanche, Texas

I your Savior do say unto you at this time according to your supplication concerning inheritances.
Behold I say unto you, that what a man gathered together in righteousness on this earth, and he passes on into the eternities--
It shall be determined as to his inheritance by his last tithing settlement, and anything added to it from that time to the time of his death.
For this is his Eternal inheritance, for has he not taken the United Order covenants, and has he not been faithful in all things?
Then why not can he claim what is his, and receive the equivalent and more or less in the hereafter according to a just God, he having kept the covenants?
And if a man hath more than one wife, each shall work with their head that they each gain an inheritance with him according to their works.
And ye have enquired concerning My maidservant Cathy, and in this life ye have accumulated much assets that ye jointly hold together, and since she is your wife in the eternities, these assets shall be both yours and hers in the hereafter.
And if ye are wise ye shall continue to accumulate assets that your inheritance will be increased.
For if ye remain faithful in all things, what ye have accumulated here will be added unto in the hereafter.
10 It will then be to your advantage to continue to work as one to that end, counseling one with another that these things may be accomplished;
11 And they will be an advantage and a benefit to that end in the eternities.
12 For each wife shall have their portion with their head, according to their contribution and efforts. For is this not just?
13 And ye again ask Me your Savior if a woman can stand alone and have an inheritance in the Celestial Kingdom?
14 Behold I say unto you, where I dwell they cannot come, for have I not said that the man is not without the woman, nor the woman without the man in the LORD?
15 And this is My law, and it cannot be changed.
