1 Behold I say unto you My son, that which the world considers as love is not correct, for it is like unto water, and is not stable.

2 For it is what is known as lust, and is the material attraction that exists between male and female; and if used for the basis of what is known among you as marriage, it cannot stand.

3 Behold I say unto you, that love faileth not, neither is it selfish, neither is it selfwilled, neither is it based on lust, but perceiveth that which is best for all, and not that which is for the self only.

4 It is not dependent on conditions, but accepts what is, and by gentle persuasion encourages goodness in others.

5 Without this being present between a man and woman, choice spirits cannot be sent into the family.
