1 Behold My son, ye have asked whether this is My will and word, and I say unto you it is so.

2 For I have given utterance unto My servant William, as all those holding the Priesthood are entitled to have My word concerning the government of their own affairs.

3 Nevertheless, he shall continue humble and not be lifted up in the pride of his heart, for I have prolonged the life of My Servant thus far that he be a school teacher to others that they may be led into the true gospel through the instrumentality of My school which I have set up for this purpose.
