7 Behold I say unto you, at the head of My organization, even the United Order after the Holy order of God, shall be a Presiding Bishop and two counselors if he be not of the seed of Levi through the loins of Aaron.
8 And he shall have jurisdiction over all the local bishops, who are over the individual United order Societies throughout Zion.
9 And he and his counselors shall be under the jurisdiction of the School, or they are not Mine, saith the LORD.
10 And I appoint My Servant as the Presiding Bishop and as his counselors I appoint first My servant Lee and second My servant Robert2.
11 For behold I say unto you, a man can receive and obtain both the Priesthood of Melchizedek and the Priesthood of Aaron and function in both; nevertheless, the Melchizedek is over the Aaronic, it being an appendage.
12 But if a man hath an office in both Priesthoods, he must function in them separately not confusing one with the other, for the Aaronic is over the temporal matters and the Melchizedek over the spiritual.
. . .
19 And unto those that are called to My Presiding Bishopric, they shall retain their former callings-- for ye are few in number until others repent and are called.
19 And I release from the Presiding Bishopric My servant Lee, and give unto him the Bishopric for the Dallas area that he may establish a foothold in that area of My vineyard.
20 Nevertheless, he must do all things under the guidance of the Presiding Bishopric, that all may be in order.
21 And I call to the Presiding Bishopric in his place My servant Heber, and this I do because of his faithfulness and understanding of My word; nevertheless he must look after his health.
5 And as concerning the Presiding Bishopric; behold I say unto you, that ye are released from this position.
6 And if ye had heeded correctly My Spirit ye would have known this, for it was impressed upon your mind that My servant Walther is to hold this position, for he has great knowledge of these matters.
7 And his counselors are My servant Robert2 and Heber.
8 And ye had thought that he was to be your counselor in the Bishopric, but this was not the case, and therefore ye made an error and are under condemnation, and ye shall confer the Bishopric on him by proxy that he may function in this capacity as soon as he is able.
15 And unto My servant Robert2, I say unto him that his self-will doth take him away from the work wherein I have called him, even to be a counselor to My servant Walther in the Bishopric of the United Order.
